1. Overview
This policy applies to purchases of The Book of Growth, our printed softcover field guide for wellness businesses, ordered through this website. It explains how we take orders, how we ship, and how returns and refunds are handled.
This policy covers the physical product only. Consulting and advisory engagements with Health Consultations are governed by their own written agreements and proposals, and are not subject to the shipping, returns, or refund terms below.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you. Where such laws give you stronger rights, those rights take priority over anything stated here. Governing law and jurisdiction for this policy are as set out in our Terms of Service under [Governing law jurisdiction].
2. How ordering works
We use a simple, concierge ordering process. No card details are taken on the website. Ordering works in three steps:
- You submit an order request. Choose the quantity you want on the site and send us your order request with your name, email, and delivery address.
- We confirm and email a secure payment link. We reply by email to confirm availability, the total price, and the shipping cost and delivery estimate for your address. Payment is made through a secure payment link we send you.
- We process your order after payment. Once payment is received, we prepare and dispatch your order. You receive a confirmation, and tracking details where available.
Your order is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it and received payment. Prices for The Book of Growth are shown in US dollars. A single copy is priced at 30 US dollars, with introductory bulk pricing available (see Bulk and wholesale orders).
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Because delivery costs and timelines vary by destination and by the size of your order, we confirm the exact shipping cost and a delivery estimate by email before you pay. You will always know the shipping charge and expected timing before any payment is made.
Once your order is dispatched, we provide tracking details where the shipping method and destination support them. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed, as transit and customs handling are outside our control.
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless we state otherwise in writing. If you have a delivery deadline, please tell us before you pay so we can advise on suitable options.
4. Bulk and wholesale orders
The Book of Growth can be ordered in bulk for clinics, teams, and resellers who want copies for staff or clients. Introductory bulk pricing is available and is confirmed at the time of your order:
- 1 copy, 30 US dollars
- 5 copies, 135 US dollars (27 each, save 10 percent)
- 10 copies, 240 US dollars (24 each, save 20 percent)
- 25 copies, 525 US dollars (21 each, save 30 percent)
- 26 or more copies, enquire for wholesale pricing
Larger quantities may ship in more than one parcel, and multiple parcels within the same order may arrive at different times. Shipping costs and delivery estimates for bulk orders are confirmed by email before payment, in the same way as single orders.

5. Returns and refunds
We want you to be satisfied with The Book of Growth. You may return an unused, undamaged copy in resaleable condition within a reasonable returns window of 14 days from the date you receive it. This 14 day window is our standard returns period and is intended to be fair to both sides.
The returns process works as follows:
- Contact us first at info@wellness-consultations.com with your order details so we can confirm the return and provide the return address.
- Pack the book securely so it reaches us in resaleable condition. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost (see Damaged or incorrect items).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned copy and confirm it meets the return conditions, we issue your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. We aim to process approved refunds promptly after the returned item reaches us, typically within [number] business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider. The refund covers the price of the returned book. Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part.
6. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wellness-consultations.com. Include your order details and clear photographs of the item and, where relevant, the packaging.
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you, including any return shipping that may be required. You do not pay return shipping for items that are faulty, damaged in transit, or sent in error.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched. If you have already paid and the order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at info@wellness-consultations.com and we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full to the original payment method.
If an order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for return under Returns and refunds once it reaches you.
8. Non-returnable situations
To keep returns fair for a small publisher, some copies cannot be returned or refunded. These include:
- Copies that have been used, read to the point of visible wear, written in, marked, or otherwise altered.
- Copies that are damaged after delivery through no fault of ours, or that are not in resaleable condition.
- Copies returned without first contacting us, or returned after the 14 day returns window has passed.
- Copies where the fault or damage was not reported within the timeframe set out in Damaged or incorrect items.
These exclusions do not limit your rights in respect of items that are genuinely faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
9. How to start a return or report a problem
To start a return, request a replacement, or report a damaged or incorrect item, email info@wellness-consultations.com and include:
- Your name and the email address used to place the order.
- Your order confirmation or approximate order date.
- The quantity and a short description of the issue.
- Photographs, if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
We will reply with next steps, the return address where a return is needed, and confirmation of any refund or replacement. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back so we can process your return correctly.
